My marriage visa is expiring on Jan 28. A couple of questions.
I will leave and re-enter the country as I need to redeposit the 400k.
1. Will I need 2 or 3 months after depositing 400kthb to reapply for the marriage visa?
2. Do I need to notify immigration to cancel the visa before I leave.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the process of reapplying for a marriage visa after depositing 400,000 THB in the bank. They want to know if they need to wait 2 or 3 months after this deposit before they can reapply for the visa, and whether they need to inform immigration to cancel their existing visa before leaving Thailand. A comment clarifies that upon re-entering Thailand with a new Non-O visa, the 400k requirement should be met without any seasoning until applying for a 12-month extension. Additionally, it mentions that exiting before the current visa expiration will cancel the existing status.

If you are starting again when you re-enter the country with a new Non-O you just need 400k in your Thai bank account, no seasoning required until you go for your 12 month extension. Exiting the country before 28-Jan will cancel your existing status and, I assume you get a 60 day Visa Exempt entry stamp, unless you have a re-entry permit or, the unlikely event that you are on a 12 month multi-entry Non-O.
