Quick question - what form should I use to transfer visa from old to new passport. Thank you.
Answer summary
To transfer a visa from an old passport to a new one in Thailand, bring both passports to your local immigration office. Generally, there is no official form required; the immigration officer will handle the transfer process for you. Confirming your specific visa type is essential, as typically only extensions or stamps related to your stay can be transferred, not the actual visa itself. When entering Thailand, ensure to carry both passports until the new passport is solely used.

The forms are at the immigration office. Just go and ask to transfer stamps from old to new passport and if they want you to fill one out they will give it to you
I had my “retirement visa” plus multi entry etc in my old UK passport.
The first time I left Thailand on my new passport (which I’d got in Thailand) I took both passports, the old one with the corner cut off (red) and my new one (blue).
The immigration officer took both passports and transferred all the details of the visa from the old to the new (no charge). I didn’t ask, she did it automatically.
From then on I only needed to show my new passport when arriving or departing.
What visa? Typically only extensions can be transferred. You will need to carry both passports when entering Thailand for as long as the visa is valid.
Steve Lowe so you did not get any "visa" transferred, but the stamp for the 1-year extension of the stay permit, and the stamp of the single re-entry permit. Immigration does NOT transfer any visas
