How can I authorize a friend to submit my 90-day report in Thailand?

Good morning (BKK time)! I have to do my first 90 day report in the next week. Has anyone found a good template for a Thai language authorisation letter for a third person to do the report at Chaeng Watthana?

I have a trusted friend who is helping me and I'm told he can do it if I sign a document clearly indicating he has my permission.

I'm really not keen to make the journey to Lak Si if I don't have to!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking a template for a Thai language authorization letter to allow a friend to submit their first 90-day report on their behalf at Chaeng Watthana. They would prefer not to travel to Lak Si for this process. Comments suggest alternatives like submitting the report by mail and provide a link to a template.

I didn't think you could employ people on a DTV

Instead of wasting time and money on this clunky method, why not just do it by mail? Cost is 72 baht in postage at your local post office. Unfortunately you might have left it too late now!

Should be 15 days in advance but possibly location-dependent, and yes first report by mail is possible.
