TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual inquired about the possibility of using the COVID extension after entering Thailand without a visa. Responses suggested that typically, one must have obtained an initial 30-day extension before being eligible for a COVID extension. It was noted that individuals who had already utilized their second extension might need to consider a visa run or check with local immigration for options.

The stamp of entrance means you have tourist Visa. You will get 30 days extension first. If there will be another Covid extension after March which it is not possible due to planned opening on April, you need to do visa run.

Probably not without already having had your normal 30 day extension first.

You might get lucky, so you can only ask and see what your immigration office says.
