Nothing, at this time Vientiane is not asking for any of those "proof-of's" Although I think chinese nationals are treated differently..

Tod, for Chinese nationals, we need to present a copy of the rental contract+landlord's ID card (photo copy), and a flight ticket out of Thailand. no proof of finances needed.
