Anyone flying with Air Canada and got any issues with Dr. Donna f2f?

Also does the covid test cert needs to state the 'RT-PCR'? I check the place I'm planning to get it, they calim that it's ok.(see image)

Many people used theirs to Thailand and also f2f. 🤔 I just want to make sure, thanks!

F2F and PCR test MUST be 2 separate documents.

Pcr results must specify type of test and clearly identify you (name, date of birth, even passport number)

I keep hearing that F2F and PCR test MUST be 2 separate documents., but these guys tell me that is not true, and they have never had any complaints.

Has anyone ever tried to go through customs with just the single document?

Has anyone else use DAM for their F2F and PCR test?

I will be using DAM Manchester on the 22nd for PCR. The next day I have Dr Donna lined up for F2F.

I contacted Qatar to clarify that the F2F and PCR test must be two separate documents, as I have been told by the company
@DAM *******
@ , that this not correct and the F2F and PCR Test can be on the same sheet.

I would really like clarification before arriving at the airport please, so as not to miss my flight

Qatar Airways informed that the F2F and PCR test must be two separate documents,

I have emailed DAM Health as I am not happy with what have told me

So when you visit them on the 22nd, tell them they are talking BS, from me please

doesn't HAVE to be ... but you must be clearly identified. Date of birth and name are generally enough (though I had one with a slightly misspelled name and a 1 digit error in DOB! it was his passport number that I used to clear him for travel).

Make sure your covid test specifies RT-PCR. I had friends get denied boarding by Qatar even though their tests were RT-PCR just because it didn't specify that on their printout.

Yes, technically it has to state that it was an RT(-PCR) test. I made that clear to the clinic, too.

OK. I just drove to YUL. I couldn't find many RT-PCR tests in Ottawa with a guaranteed 48-hour turnaround.
