Hi, I am looking to travel to BKK, working on a Certificate of Entry

 Re; fit to fly certificate, does this come with your covid test? If not, where do u obtain this from?

2 separate documents. It's important you don't get them on 1 paper. There are numerous sources of F2F, ranging from your own doctor to online or telephone consultation.

The Covid test and fit to fly are separate documents. A local doctor can give you the latter, or contact Dr Donna who will do an online one for you.
