TLDR : Answer Summary
When traveling to Bangkok, it's important to note that the fit to fly certificate and the COVID test are two separate documents. You can obtain the fit to fly certificate from a local doctor, or through online consultations, such as with Dr. Donna. Several clinics also provide this certificate along with a negative COVID test result, but they must be issued as distinct documents.

2 separate documents. It's important you don't get them on 1 paper. There are numerous sources of F2F, ranging from your own doctor to online or telephone consultation.

Many clinics/doctors issue a F2F cert with a negative test result but as
@Stu***
says they are 2 seperate documents.

The Covid test and fit to fly are separate documents. A local doctor can give you the latter, or contact Dr Donna who will do an online one for you.
