TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, there is a 72-hour requirement for the 'Fit to Fly' certificate. The Covid-19 RT-PCR test results must be obtained within 72 hours of your first flight and the 'Fit to Fly' certificate should also be issued within this timeframe. It needs to be a separate document that clearly states 'Fit to Fly' and must coincide with your COVID-19 test results.

To get the fit to fly you need to have a negative COVID test. So it is COVID PCR test first, followed by the Fit to Fly, all within 72 hours of departure.

FTF is to coincide with the Covid-19 test and. Needs to be separate

Covid test results must be within 72hrs of first flight. Fit to fly issued within the 72hr pre flying. Must be separate document and say clearly fit to fly
