Thank you to this group and the advice from a few of you in messenger ( you know who you are). I was able to obtain my DTV from Taipei this week within 24 hours. My one piece of advice is to organize your paperwork very well before hand. Highlight areas of importance, and do not include anything extra as it may confuse them. Also, they were confused by my date formatting as I am from the US and typically state month, day, year. Cheers and good luck to all!
