I am a 49 year old non-resident Indian with a Thai girlfriend. I live and work in China. I plan to marry my partner soon and later retire in Thailand. I have a Thai bank account and have been transferring my savings in this account for a few years now. I have read a few of the cases here but never came across an Indian involved. I request the experts, gurus and agents to kindly advise or offer me the best process for marriage to Thai citizen and later marriage visa or retirement visa. Please do not make any other comments and only advise or suggestions on the above said issue. Thanks in advance.

What is your job title? If you don't have a job that has a translated word in Thai then there will be problems and delays. But if you have a job like engineer or something you should be fine. You have to take a lot of photos of you and your wife outside your residence with the address showing and you on your bed together and in each room of the house etc. You should consult with a professional and NOT Facebook for legal advice.

There is no difference whether you are Icelandic or Indian.
