Hi I was hoping someone can help me I am married to a Thai Lady and want to be with her i currently live in Australia and i am over 55 i wuld be so grateful for advice

Being 55 you also have an option for retirement visa. It is the most easiest to get.

Go to the Thai Embassy and apply for the Non Immigrant O visa based on marriage with Thai National.

This will also allow you to apply for a work permit whereas with a retirement visa, you cannot.

Not sure if it helps but my previous marriage was happy and blissful when we were 6000 miles apart. We very rarely argued and got on well.
