How do I cancel an appointment with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for document legalization in Thailand?
how do I cancel an appointment with the ministry of foreign affairs? I made an appointment for legalizing documents but later decided to go another date. The website keeps saying I have to cancel my previous appointment before making a new one but i don’t see the option anywhere. Thanks

I contacted them via line. Should be on the website. It takes up to 24hrs for them to cancel the appointment though

From what I remember you have to do the queue check and can cancel it there.
