I have a document stamped by the Portuguese Embassy in Bangkok and it need to be stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

I am in Vietnam now and cannot contact the MFA. Does anyone know their phone number? or is there a service that can help me with the legalization process.
