Hi, does anyone know of a Service in Bangkok that could assist me in getting our child's Thai Birth Certificate's English Translation "Certified" by the "Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs" in Bangkok? 

I do not live in Bangkok and hope to not have to fly there just for this, Thank you

Unfortunately this isn't thai visa related :/

Most translation companies scattered around thailand all offer a service that will translate your passport and send it to the MFA for the certificate and then back to you

You can get it translated and mail it to the MFA yourself if you want to
