The post celebrates receiving a DTV through the London Embassy and discusses the recent introduction of the THIM app, which is intended to replace the TDAC for entering Thailand. However, comments clarify that the THIM app is still in development, does not currently fulfill all requirements, and is particularly focused on providing functionalities for visa holders. Users expressed concerns about its functionality and reliability, highlighting the importance of using the original TDAC for entry requirements, which includes a health declaration regarding previous travel.

Confirmed this app does not work for TDAC. Generated a QR code with the app yesterday just for immigration to tell me is not in the system, send me back to re-do via the website. Was told app will "work" in August.
I am going to travel to Thailand by September, and I am going to fill out the TDAC online in its original version. The THIM App still has a few bugs and needs more fixes before it is fully operational. The TDAC explicitly says that you only need to fill out a "health declaration" if your last stay before coming to Thailand was in a yellow fever risk country
It does not replace it is an add on more primarily for visa and extension holders for 90 day reports and appointments but also includes dtac the original dtac site is fully operational and easier you do not have to download thim
that is for your arrival card, it is a health declaration. You need to make it 72 to 48 hours before you arrive. You basically say what country you're coming from and that you're not sick.
