TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a Non-B visa within Thailand, you typically need to have a legitimate job offer. Your employer will gather the necessary documents required for the visa application, which you will then submit to the immigration office. It's noted that while it is possible to apply from within Thailand, the process can be more challenging compared to applying at a Thai embassy outside of the country.

Always able to do that , but all depends on the ability of your company. However get Non-B within Thailand is harder than get from embassy out of Thailand.

You first must have a job offer, and they supply you with the documents they are required to provide, but first you must have a ligitimate job offer.

No job, but if only meeting/ exchange exchange, a Thai company send me an invitation, does it work? Please.

@Johnny ****
it depends. If they are making you a ligitimate job offer and supply all the needed documents then yes, for a 90 day visa, but if they decide not to hire you then that visa ends when they do not hire you, and you must leave the country immediately.

Understand. Thank you so much.

Your workplace will gather the documents for you and then you take them to the immigration office.

Applying for a non-B is not something you can do on your own.

Thanks. If it's for seeing or meeting , not working, a company im Thailand send an invitation to me/or my company in my country, does it work?

You'll need supporting documentation from your company in all cases. Then each office will have different requirements.

You should have asked for a list of what's needed if you already talked to immigration.
