Hello! I’ve applied through my work for a non-B visa. Anyone know how long it might take to process it? I’m keen to go to Singapore for a weekend soonest, and I’d like to apply for the re-entry permit asap. 🙏🇹🇭🇸🇬

TLDR : Answer Summary
The processing time for a Non-B visa in Thailand can vary. Typically, if your employer handles the application, they should provide an estimate. Once the application is submitted, if you meet the criteria to apply in-country, the visa can be issued the same day. However, if you need to leave the country to apply, the process may take longer, especially considering the need for a re-entry permit to maintain your visa status while traveling.

Are you already applying? If used the agent will be one day get the passport back and got 14 days pending visa for results ( should not fly out you need to send the passport back to immigration again to get the results 3 months visa) after get 3 months stamp you can fly out but don’t forget to do the re-entry permit otherwise your visa will be automatically terminated, don’t fly more than 2-3 months otherwise you will don’t have time to apply work permit, if you don’t have work permit you cannot extend 12 months business visa

right. Thank you. I’m in the ‘waiting for work permit’ phase so I can apply for the 12 month extension. So, really, you answered my question. Thank you. 2-3 months is how long I need to stay here until the work permit is issued and I can apply for the 12month extension (and re-entry permits). Thank you!!

You normally need to leave the country to apply for the non Imm B. If you meet the criteria and can apply in country it's usually issued the same day you apply.

Only your employer can tell you how long the documentation will take. When you get it you can probably go to Singapore to get your Non-B.
