Can any friend please share the latest procedure to extend Non-Immigrant (Business Visa) on Pakistan passport.

You get documentation from the company you're working for, take it to the immigration office when you have 30 days or less left on your current 90 day stamp and apply for a yearly extension of stay. It usually goes under consideration for 30 days then you go back and get the year extension inked in.

That is a good question but unfortunately beyond my meager knowledge about extensions :/Hopefully someone else will weigh in (y)

OPIs it possible to get one year extension if I intentionally don't opt for work permit at current extension? I've already got some % shares of the company and want to increase my proportion in 3-4 months. So ideally I just need visa extension and ease to travel around. Will do WP as as I'm done with collab / agreements. Does it work?
