What is the immigration card number required for the TM 30 form in Thailand, and do visa-exempt entry holders have one?

Quick question. My landlord is filling out the TM 30. It is asking me for an immigration card #. I'm not seeing it. Would that be the number on the departure card? or the EF/Stay Permit # stamped in the passport? Do I even have one given that I entered on a visa exempt? Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM 30 form requires the immigration card number, which can be found on your departure card. If you entered Thailand on a visa-exempt basis, this number is still applicable.
Benjamin ******
That would be your departure card number
