Just been to CW in Bangkok for my 1st 90 day report. Arrived at 8am. Finished by 9.30 am. Very well organised. And some of downstairs area open so you can get coffee etc. Word of advice. Download Line app on your phone. As they use this to manage the queue. It means you can go and wander the building u til your number comes up. A big well done to the staff there. No hassle at all.

okay, people it's a QR code to a LINE GROUP that you join AFTER you show up at Chaengwattana to do a 90 day report. You don't join it now :(

the qr code opens you into a group. Honestly it's easy and they will help if you are stuck! You just scan the qr code .

Ok. So you get there. There is an information queue ( very short) where they give you your papers to complete....so no need to print off any forms. But if you have or when you've filled in.. there is a second table ( both outside in the foyer near the usual immigration entrance). The second table give you your queue number. A1 or A2 and a number...in a ticket. Then go into immigration and head to A area. They will then tell you to scan the QR code. And wait til your number comes up on the line group. ( a lovely immigration woman showed me cos I've not used before...so they will help).

Then wander around til your number comes up. I was 89...so it moves quick. By the time I got to the area they were past my number ( as others seem to insist on hanging around the crowds). So I just went to the next available window and they did my stamp straight away. Plenty taxis outside too.

I would guess they have some type of QR code or that information posted someplace in the immigration office. Are you there now?
