What’s the process for doing 90 day report in Chiang Mai?

I’ve got my TM30, do I need photocopies of anything or fill out any forms? Or can I just go straight to the drive thru window and hand the officer my passport and that’s it?

TIA 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete the 90-day report in Chiang Mai, you need to fill out the TM47 form. You can present this form along with your passport at the immigration office. While you may have a TM30 form, it is not always required for submission during the process.

You need to fill out the TM47 which is the 90 Day report form. Hand that over with passport. I hand over TM30 but he seems to put it aside and never looked at it.
