What is the deadline for my last entry into Thailand under a METV before my visa expires?

I am currently on a METV and my visa has an "enter before date" of 9 June 2019. I just want to confirm that for my last entry in Thailand under the METV it needs to on or before midnight on 9 June 2019, so I receive a further 60 day visa when I come back into Thailand - is that correct?
