You will only get a email if the need additional documents or when the visa is approved / rejected.

You simply have to wait and stay there until approved.

Now is the busiest time of year for visa, so may need to wait up to 50% longer than average

Mine says pending approval since February 7. I submitted on feb 3rd and they asked for additional documents, that I sent on 4 February. I’m hoping I get approved soon.

ok I have permission, I'm going to Thailand. Finally, I waited 8 business days and after 3 days I sent the documents.
