What is the current status of O-A visa applications at the Thai Consulate in Los Angeles?

FYI:  O-A visa application, Los Angeles, CA

 I called the Thai Consulate this morning in Los Angeles and they haven't heard anything with regards to re-opening. Once the mayor of Los Angeles and govenor Newsom 

 deems it safe to go back to work, they will open then, or shortly after. I also asked if they could process my O-A visa application by mail and she said no, not until they re-open.
