ORIGINAL POSTER
Just picked up my Non-Immigrant O-A visa from Thai Consulate in LA! Dropped off the application yesterday around 9:30am and picked up the visa this morning at 10:30am. I was a little tentative about the new medical insurance requirements, but the subject never came up. Thanks Tod Daniels for the suggestion of applying outside of Thailand and other great advise from this group.

Very straightforward and painless. The requirements on their website detailed exactly what they wanted, so no surprises for me when I dropped off the stack of docs.
