It depends on who you have to bribe to obtain it I want to get a DTV Visa they’re only 10,000 Thai baht next the agent whose fee is 12,000 then 31,000 😱for 6 month thai cookery classes that’s a grand total of 53,000 Thai baht not bad seeing that the visas it self is only 10,000 glad there’s no one jumping on the band wagon and fleecing people I wonder how much cookery classes were before this Visa came into being 🤪🤯
Bob D'Andrea it really depends on when and where. It was cheaper but nowadays expensive. And where is matter too. In some places, immigration is hard hit. so it is expensive. And also when bank open is included, also price goes up. I asked before more than 10 agencies and they all offered similar price.
Mike Deslauriers they really don't let you know exactly what there surcomstanc are to give them a correct answer the reason why there is so many incorrect replies
Dave Forndron easy to get Non-O visa before you arrive. Open bank account. Put money in. Apply for 12 month extension based on retirement. You get your international driver's permit in your home country, not Thailand. Property agents can help you find a condo.
Lynnette Munoz The OP wants an One Stop Shop while (unknowingly) spreading it over at least 3 different entities from Thai government, non governmentrelated visa agencies and commercial open market real estate agencies. None of them related in any way.
If you are in Thailand on a tourist stamp then you need 15 days left on your stamp to apply plus 800k baht in a Thai bank account in your name. If you don't have a bank account already get the 90 day Non-O visa before you come as it's much easier to open a bank account than as a tourist
