Assume a lease agreement which includes copies of id/passport of all signatories.

I just applied today. I included a one-year lease agreement, copy of my landlord's ID and copy of his blue house book. It was all accepted and nothing further required. Thank you.

that is worded strangely. The balance cannot get below 400,000 baht 3 months after the extension.

thanks. However I understand the Britush ermbassy does not provide such verification. I have bank statements than show my pension and rental income.

Also is this an and/or 800,000 or pension

7.2 seems to say I must withdraw 400,000 after 3 months. Am I reading that correctly and if so why.
