I have only booked for accommodation first 2 nights and last 2 nights
The rest off the time in my partners village

For the arrival card, put address where you arrive.

You just use the first hotel you are staying in even if it was for just 1 night. When you move to your girlfriends villa she will need to submit a tm30 for your stay. Remember you only need to fill highlighted * boxes in you tdac.

Put the hotel. It's the first place you are going after arrival, and it will be easier to put that address than a village address.
