What has been your experience with the eVisa process at the Los Angeles consulate for Thailand?

Hello everyone. Has anyone had experience with the Los Angeles consulate Evisa process? I’ve submitted my DTV application on September 27. They requested additional documents on September 30 which were submitted same day. There has been no update and my application has been stuck in “pending document check” since then. Calling and emailing hasn’t been productive in any response or status update. Has anyone else experienced the same with the Los Angeles consulate?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on the Evisa application process for a DTV visa submitted to the Los Angeles consulate. Since submitting additional requested documents on September 30, the application has remained in 'pending document check' status without updates. The user reports difficulties in getting any responses through calls or emails. Comments from others indicate that processing times can take up to a month, may depend on the departure date, and suggest checking the embassy website for estimated processing times.

Have you checked the Embassy website, for the general estimated visa processing time. ?

They write it very clearly in the visasection, also how and where to contact.

They also seem to prioritize by departure date. Be patient. If you haven't received a rejection, you're good.

unfortunately my departure date has already passed. I’ve postponed my trip until it’s approved

you postponed? Why didn't you just come in on 60day exempt and then once your visa is approved, do a border bounce to activate it?
