I have a new phone and wanting to use the Bangkok Bank Mobile App like I did on my old phone but in order to do so, they require I go to my branch and present my passport and have a facial scan. If I do this, is it going to trigger a red flag and will they then cancel my accounts? I have had the accounts for 13 years and so far, no issues yet. Yes, I now have DTV soft medical.

I have a question if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Transferring schools to a different city. Current agent doesn't want to give a cancellation letter.

What do I do? Who can help me? Who do I talk to? How will this affect my visa?

I know this probably comes as a huge surprise to most, but the government has extended the emergency decree another month.

I have a question for foreigners who are on Non-B visa with own business. A new law just came out, we can either:

1. Temporary stop operation and pay 75% of our staff salaries and reduced social security tax.

Or

2. Temporary Close business - let go our employees and not pay social security anymore. They will get 70% of their official salary monthly from social security.

My question is what happens with my 1 year non-B visa that I just got till March 2021 If I temporary close my company till the situation clears up.
