What happens if you’re late with a 90-day TM47 report on a Thai DTV visa and return to Thailand later?

Has anyone with a DTV visa been late with a 90-day report (TM47), left Thailand without submitting it, and then returned later and continued as normal?

Did immigration say anything when you re-entered Thailand, or when you later submitted your next 90-day report?

I’m just looking for real experiences from people who have been in this situation. Thanks!🙏🏼

Every country make laws so people don't abuse the system. Thailand usually don't enforce most laws and don't interfere with genuine tourists. The idea is to leave a positive impression and show humility, empathy, humanity above everything. That's why most people say I have been from so many years and no questions etc..

However, as soon as immigration suspect you or "randomly" select you for additional questions, you can land in trouble if everything is not sorted. That's why I always say that "better safe than sorry."

Immmigration at border check points do not check your 90 day reports OR your address registrations.

IF you walk into an Immigration Office next time to make a 90 days report, they might see that you skipped before and give you a warning or a fine of max 2.000 Thb.

Never heard of immigration at entry pulling anyone over not doing 90 Day reports. This is for any visa type.
