TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the implications of having an expired visa and a denial of entry stamp into Thailand. It highlights that an expired visa is ineffective, and although applying for a new visa is possible, it does not guarantee entry. Participants emphasize the importance of having necessary documentation, such as proof of onward travel, a hotel booking, and sufficient cash when dealing with immigration matters.

Oh.. well I'm no expert but an expired visa is useless
A new Visa might help but getting one does not guarantee you will be allowed to enter Thailand. And you still have to be ready to show all the stuff I mentioned above.

ok let's me send you the visa copy but the visa is already expired he should apply a new visa do YOU think he will be given a new visa

Post a photo of the visa with the personal info blocked out. But guessing since the person didn't actually enter Thailand, the visa is probably still good.
Maybe a different Immigration officer will see it differently, they will for sure see that stamp.
I'd make sure you have the proof of onward travel, hotel booking and the 20,000 Bhat cash (or equivalent) ready to show the officer.

That looks to be the denial of entry stamp. Based is section 12.3 which is the suspicion of working in Thailand illegally.
