Hello everyone
Last year I got denial entry stamp on my passport because IO at krabi airport think that I work illegaly when I couldnt show them 20k baht. I didnt know at that time if I have to show them 20k when Im on ED visa. Then they sent me back to Kuala Lumpur and from there I took bus to Sadao. At that moment Sadao still accepting the 200baht inside passport and they let me in. Now Sadao is no longer taking 200baht and Im nervous to enter from Krabi airport again. I have to fly home next month but Im thinking about which airport is safe for me. I am now on my second year ED visa. So in my passport I have 2 TR, 2 Non-B, 2 ED, and 1 denial entry stamp. I could make new passport while I visit my country but it will let me stay there for around 3 weeks, I dont plan to stay there that long.
Does anyone have experience like me who is on ED visa and get denial entry stamp? Does the stamp cause a trouble to enter Thailand again? Thanks in advance
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice about re-entering Thailand after receiving a denial of entry stamp at Krabi airport. They were denied entry because they could not show 20,000 baht while on an ED visa. Despite having been allowed entry through Sadao previously, they are concerned about the current policies and their denial stamp affecting their re-entry. Several commenters suggest carrying more cash, being confident when dealing with immigration officers, and preparing necessary documents to support their case.
