TLDR : Answer Summary
The disappearance of Jeffers restaurants from Robinsons malls is likely attributed to the impacts of COVID-19, as many restaurants faced significant restrictions on dining and mall operations during the pandemic. Additionally, the Robinsons chain itself has seen closures, with Central Group taking over many locations and replacing them with their own restaurants. Some commenters suggested checking out a Jeffers location in Terminal 21.

Central took over Robinsons and installed there restaurants in place. Thats the actual answer

Try the Jeffers at Terminal 21. I think it's on the fifth floor, or the fourth. I can't remember.

Probably Covid. Restaurants were not allowed to have seated dining for many months, and there were also many months where malls were not allowed to open. Many businesses shut down during that time.
