TLDR : Answer Summary
The majority of shops inside Suvarnabhumi Airport are currently closed, with very few operational due to COVID-19 restrictions. Some comments indicate that only a couple of duty-free shops and restaurants offer limited services. Activities have significantly diminished, especially after curfew hours, with many shops boarded up or offering only takeaway options.
Very few are open on International. And Duty Free has very limited stocks of tobacco/cigarettes. After 9pm more close because of curfew. I could only find ( and pay for) Miracle Lounge to get any food or drinks. Was there 19th/20th July.
Some of the high end shops are open if you fancy a new Rolex, but all the "normal" shops are closed and boarded up. I blagged a ticket for the lounge last week but even that was serving very basic fare.
End of May when I flew out. Everything closed a wrapped up. Only one duty free shop and one restaurant open. That was it. For water and the like ... only vending machines.
