A friend of mine just resigned from a company and they don't end up in a good relationship. So, he needs to make sure he gets all the documents now before he cancels his work permit. If he asks later, there's a possibility he won't get any document from them. These are documents he has asked so far. Is there anything else he needs to ask? Please, help!

1. Resignation agreement

2. Payroll slips

3. Work Certificate

4. BIS50 (Withholding tax certificate)

TLDR : Answer Summary
Before canceling his work permit, your friend should ensure he requests all essential documents from his employer. He has already requested a resignation agreement, payroll slips, a work certificate, and a BIS50 (withholding tax certificate). Additionally, it's crucial to obtain a termination letter, as it is required for turning in the work permit to the Department of Labor.

To turn in his work permit with the Department of labour all he needs is the termination letter. The rest are for his taxes that the company must mail to him.
