What documents should I provide to verify my employment status as a company director when applying for a DTV visa in Thailand?
Hi All, I am currently in Ho Chi Minh looking at apply for my DTV. Looking at the required documents it seems very straight forward. Regarding the employment status, I own my own company. I wanted to ask, would a statement on company letter head confirming my status as director suffice or would it be better to show company registration documents, tax returns, profit and loss statements etc.? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

It's probably easier for you to be an employee of your own company if you can show pay slips etc

Yes, show all those you mention. Thailand wants to see you give PROOF of everything. Just say on that company paper that you are a proper freelancer, that is: you are owner, director and the main human resource too.
