Hi All, I am currently in Ho Chi Minh looking at apply for my DTV. Looking at the required documents it seems very straight forward. Regarding the employment status, I own my own company. I wanted to ask, would a statement on company letter head confirming my status as director suffice or would it be better to show company registration documents, tax returns, profit and loss statements etc.? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on documents to submit for proving employment status as a director of their own company when applying for a DTV visa in Thailand. Comments suggest providing various documents for proof, including a statement on company letterhead and additional documentation such as company registration documents, tax returns, and profit and loss statements to demonstrate legitimacy. One commenter also advises that being recognized as an employee of the company could simplify the process by providing pay slips.
Yes, show all those you mention. Thailand wants to see you give PROOF of everything. Just say on that company paper that you are a proper freelancer, that is: you are owner, director and the main human resource too.
