TLDR : Answer Summary
The Australian Thai Embassy has requested additional documentation, specifically the business registration of the company you work for, which can be essential even for employees. It's recommended to contact your HR department for the necessary business registration documents. Moreover, you may need to clarify your employment status in a letter, detailing your role and, if applicable, providing your own registration as a sole trader to fulfill their requirements.
