For a remote worker route, do we need to submit a copy of my employer’s company registration? I don’t own the company. I am aware that I need an employment contract, employment certificate, etc., but the embassy websites do not list the company registration as a requirement, although some posts here do.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement of a company's registration for a remote worker visa application is not explicitly listed on official embassy websites, but including it can support your application. Having a solid employment contract and proof of employment is essential, and some individuals have successfully submitted their employment contracts along with invoices. Others suggest bringing the company registration as a precaution to strengthen your application.
I am, will bring it anyway. I want to do in person in case I miss a form or don’t put like a name or something as that can have it rejected just as likely as not meeting the requirements.
Providing it just strengthens your case, they want to confirm you working for a legit company. You can also just include the business registration number in a letterheaded doc.
