TLDR : Answer Summary
The confusion regarding the requirement of a company letter for freelance visa applications in Thailand is prevalent. It's suggested that some embassies require a business registration from the company you work for, along with a letter authorizing remote work. Users share experiences of providing their business registration and receiving letters from clients to ensure compliance with these requirements.
Where did you apply? Some embassies require the business registration of the companies you work for along with a letter giving you permission to work remotely I'm Thailand.
I had the same and I had already provided my business registration, tax etc. I’ve had the same client for 1.5 years so I just asked them for a copy of their letter from companies house and a supporting letter saying I can work remotely for them
