I have contracts with my clients and a dedicated social media page for my work. I can also meet the financial requirements.
Will I be required to show tax and business registration documents as part of my application?
Thanks :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK freelancer inquiring about the necessity of tax and business registration documents for their Thai visa application received varied responses. Some commenters suggested that personal tax returns could suffice in lieu of business registration, while others noted that requirements may differ by embassy, with some demanding business documentation. The consensus indicated that proof of financial stability might take precedence over work documentation, although it remains embassy-dependent.
I think the proof of work is secondary to the proof of financial independence (the savings amount) & the ability to pay the fee. Itβs possible that every embassy has a different approach though.
Depends on embassy you are applying from; Taipei requires business registration docs. Some embassies are ok without tax and bus registration docs, others will request them if not satisfied with initial application.
