TLDR : Answer Summary
Freelancers applying for a workation DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) in Thailand need to prepare several documentation types, including an accountant letter, a valid work contract, proof of funds, a covering letter from a client or agency, a work schedule letter, a photo ID, proof of address, and business accounts indicating tax payments. A clear letter of employment confirming remote work from an employer may also be helpful, as per experiences shared by others.

I used a letter of employment from my HR that clearly states I'm a remote worker. Applied through the Thai Consulate in Los Angeles and had zero issues.
