Hello all, Iβm looking to travel to Savannakhet to get myself a non-o based on being married to a Thai. Itβs been a few years since I last did this trip so Iβm looking to confirm what documents is required. Has anyone done this trip recently who can let me know what documents is required? Any other tips appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai citizen at the Thai consulate in Savannakhet, you need to prepare the following documents: the original rose-bordered marriage certificate, a hand-written request letter from your Thai spouse, copies of key documents including the marriage certificate, Kor Ror 2, Thai spouse's ID card, and house registration book, along with a filled out application form and 5000 baht. Two passport photos are also needed. Submit your application before 11 AM for pick-up the next working day after 2 PM.
