You need some more documents than only company paper, tax papers, staff payments of social security and tax. Best thing is to go to Immigration and ask their check list so you can prepare all the papers.

I guess you mean you have a Single Entry Non B visa and you are Admitted to Stay for 90 days. With your WP and company papers you can apply for 1 year Extension of Stay at local Immigration, depending on location you can apply for this 45 or 30 days before the Admitted to stay date.
