TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a US passport holder married to a Thai national, is preparing for a visa run to the Kanchanaburi border before their 90-day entry permission expires. They inquire about necessary documents for the run, especially in light of the COVID-19 situation. Responses suggest that only the passport and a fee are needed, and their current visa allows multiple entries.

I'm in the van at the PNR border now actually. Nothing changed just your passport and 960 baht. You will get a form about COVID symptoms together the the TM.6 form.
take a deep breath, you're on a year-long, multi-entry visa, It's UNLIMITED entry you can bounce out and back every day if you want to.
You don't need anything other than your passport to bounce out at back at the Phu Nam Ron Border with Myanmar to get a new 90 day entry stamp on that currently valid year-multi-Non-O.
