Good morning guys, thanks for your advises to all of you. Here is my situation, it should be fine but just want to get a confirmation ๐Ÿ˜… I'm spanish, living in bangkok with a WP and 1 year Non-B extension both canceled yesterday 19.12.19.

I have a stamp until 26.12.19 and i will probably leave Wed. 25th. I'll go to Cambodia and stay with a friend for 2 weeks in order to get a SETV there on 2020. I have been looking and following the list on the embassy's website+previous post found with the search button, but would like to know if I should prepare any extra paperwork to make sure I don't get denied.

My history is: 1 SETV per year since 2014, moved in 2018 with 90days non-B + 1 year extension, no overstay at all, 90days report online always on time, TM30 online.

I had 4 positive job interviews and will have some more in January, so its a bit stressful to imagine getting denied and "lose" these opportunities. Thanks again for your help guys, I have a non-visa related question for the trip to Cambodia, if an admin could contact me to sort it out, would be grateful.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks confirmation on whether they need to prepare any extra paperwork for a SETV application in Cambodia after their Non-B visa and work permit have been canceled. They mention a history of successfully obtaining SETV and timely compliance with visa regulations, and express concern about potentially being denied the visa.

No one can say whether you will or won't get the tourist visa issued. MEET the requirements especially the financial ones.

The fact you've been on an extension, done TM30's, filed 90 day reports etc doesn't cut any ice with a consulate official, seeing as you're not on that visa/extension any more and they expect you to follow the rules for what every extension you were on ;)

well, the up side would be IF you're denied a tourist visa at the consulate in P/P you could probably enter on a 30 day visa exempt entry. IF you're from a country that gets them ;)

yes indeed, it's also an option I considered. Spanish passport gets 30days on arrival ๐Ÿ‘
