Can anyone tell me what documents do I need for a visa extension? (Is it same for all immigration office?)

I have a UK passport and came into Thailand by Visa Exemption

For the 30 day extension on a visa exception 45 day entry, you just need a passport photo, your passport, and the application filled out, and the bt1900 fee. This is the same at all offices, although some might want two photos.

Kool Breez. He will also need copies of passport ID page, entry stamp, and also produce the TM6 card, also with a copy.
