I did a visa run in mid March and I am currently on an exemption visa which is valid until April 18th. I want to extend it and I’m wondering what do I need to bring to the immigration? There’s so much different information floating around I am confused.
This is the first extension.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information about the documents required to extend their exemption visa in Thailand, which is currently valid until April 18th. They express confusion due to conflicting information available online.
N Eunice. Nice try.. haven't said anything that wasn't true regarding thailand imm. You as a" lawyer" should know defamation needs lies to hold water. And an "Australian" would know you're full of shit about jeopardizing my status there. I'm a citizen. I can see why you're flogging visas in facebook now. Suits you.
Then why all the asinine questions?? Australia has granted all stranded foreigners clemency on visa expiry. Full stop.
In case you didnt realise, I'm talking to you.. look up deflect in a dictionary. Being a visa agent doesnt make you an expert on other countries laws, especially at the moment as they change daily.
N Eunice Lanna . And it wouldn't surprise me either if visa conditions for Thai nationals in other countries became a lot stricter in the future. It's a two way street .
I have a cousin and friend in Australia right now with Thai partners there. They both got personal letters from Aust immigration telling them not to worry about their visa expiry. They can sort it out later when the virus threat is over. Here they are driving the wrong way down a one way street.
Regarding French immigration, no idea because I am Australian .. You shouldn't assume someone's nationality by their Name. A visa agent should know that.
N Eunice Lanna History is being written right now. I think people will look back at how each country handled the situation and avoid Thailand. The same way some countries are avoided by the masses due to human rights violations. In many ways... this is close to a human right violation. It’s very sad because it’s not the locals fault
I couldn’t agree more Steven. In the real world, they’d be taking measures to help people and not put them in life risking situation like being in cramped immigration spaces with hundreds of people during a global pandemic.
