What documents can I provide to satisfy the Thai visa requirement for pay slips when I am paid as a contractor?

I applied for DTV 3 days ago, they requested extra documents this morning. I uploaded the new documents but they requested new ones. I have a question about one of the items.

The one you provided is not a pay slip. Please provide pay slips for the past six months that show detail the amount of tax deducted from your salary, as well as any overtime, bonuses, or other deductions.

I'm working for an American company, and I get my salary in my bank account directly and pay my taxes in my country. Taxes are not deducted from my monthly income, as I am technically exporting services. They are calculated at the end of the year based on that year's income. So I don't have a slip like that, what should I send them for this item? I already shared my contract with the company, the company's business registration, and monthly transactions from the company to my personal bank account.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An individual has applied for a DTV visa and is facing challenges in providing required pay slip documents, as they work for an American company and get paid directly to their bank account without monthly tax deductions. The visa office requested detailed pay slips for the last six months, which the individual cannot provide. They have shared their employment contract and relevant bank transactions. The comments offer advice on alternatives, such as providing a letter from the employer, year-end tax documents, or a cover letter explaining the contractor payment structure.

Do you get emails for when funds are deposited? That could help along with explanation in your cover letter.

Maybe use your pay record to do this

You need a very brief cover letter explaining the payment/taxation structure is as a contractor along the account statement highlighting the incoming payments. Expect to get denied unless you lead them to the watering hole.

Where did you apply?

How about supplying end of year tax documents?

After reading the comments, I'm planning on doing that with a letter from my employer that tells I received no payslip.

So you’re not an employee.

It doesn't matter whether one is a regular employee or a person worker for a company (as a freelancer or IC). I mean, in both scenarios it's possible to get the visa.

@Elías *******
yes that’s correct but I believe the process is slightly different

I get paid similarly. I included a letter from my employer detailing I received no payslip and the amounts I was paid for the past 6 months. Those payments I highlighted on a bank statement.

Do you get paid into a business bank account or a personal account?

Into a business bank account created with my name.

You already sent them details about this business, that you're the ultimate beneficiary of?

Good, that should be acceptable for them. Just show public registry/article of incorporation to prove you have access to those business funds.

And then, do you pay your personal account from your business account?

No since business account is under my name, I use it for general purposes as well.

So your a contractor rather than an employee by the sounds of it. If you have a tax return show that. If not show you are registered with hmrc and provide a covering letter
