Hello, I would like to apply the DTV from Myanmar, Ygn.

I will apply as Director of my own company.

I have heard that there are so many rejects when applying such as this. 

My financial record show more than 500K bht but I just deposit in September from my one saving account to the other one which I am showing.

Could you help me what documents should I preapre? 

As managing director, most of my savings are not in cash but in asset and I liquidated it into cash and deposit into my account. Can it be troubled? 

I have my business tax clearence but in Myanmar we do not usually have individual Tax TIN number and pay in accord to laws. Is personal tax residency a must?

I applied as a director early this year. Got the visa in about 4 days. I was also hesitant at first as I heard many got rejected but just gave it a try and surprised with the fast process. I think you just need to prepare complete documentation and a good cover letter. Also, I didn't need to provide tax or TIN information.

Yes. Everything is under my name. I got Police clearance report too.

As far as I know, it depends on what your company does. It also depends on whether your work can be managed remotely, meaning you can handle everything from the other side without being physically present.

For the financial requirement, you should have enough funds for at least 3 months.

If you are going to show the company’s tax documents, it also depends on whether the directors listed in the company extract are family members and whether they are registered under the same household registration.

CaptivatingElephant2776 According to the law here, SMEs are entitled to get the tax free exemption for the limited income. I have previously made clearance of tax for the previous year but the receipt from the Tax office only show '0' on Paper.

Though, the company is earning good amount of money every month. What might I need in my situation? Please kindly suggest

Where did you hear there are many rejects as a director ? You should check the seasoning requirments of Myanmar , it is likely you need funds banked for 3 months before applying. It is ok to liquidate assets into cash for the 500k, many do that. It is not a requirement to provide a TIN and there are valid reasons for not having one, so if asked you explain the reason for not having one. Did you read the threads from other Myanmar applicants?
